From San Francisco, venture across the Golden Gate Bridge on 101 North through the ancient towering trees of the Muir Wilderness and then veer west on to Route 1 up the meandering switch back road along the cliff tops of Marin County overlooking the deep blue Pacific Ocean and, emerging from the clouds, you’ll arrive at the Muir Beach Overlook: a majestic perch of rock, trees, earth, and sky. This was the setting for Francine and Santiago’s intimate wedding ceremony. Their family and friends were in attendance from all over the world and for the sunset wedding ceremony the giant warm sun set through a mix of mist and fog and a gentle, late afternoon breeze. People may visit this cliffside park when driving on State Route 1 north of San Francisco, California and south of Stinson Beach, California.
